Flat Iron Hair

Hey Beautiful Ladies! Happy Sunday!

So yesterday i washed my hair, actually clarified it with ORS Creamy Aloe and conditioned with Nexxus. I decided to flat iron my hair and enjoy my length one last time because after this heat pass, i wont be putting heat on my hair until my next relaxer in JUNE. Im hoping to be BSL, i should be because im like 1 inch away from BSL!!! Im so EXCITED! *note: you could get closer to your root if you like, i chose not to, i like some texture and for it not to be bone straight*

I LOVE this flat iron, FHI. I purchased this 2 years ago at the start of my HHJ..this is the best iron ever!! Leaves my hair silky straight like leaving a salon =). I used my CHI infusion before putting that iron in my hair though lol...always protect your hair ladies!

After i got done with my FHI- I applied a little more CHI and put some curls in my hair with my Curling Iron (Argan Heat) then wrapped....

I used my SASSYSWAG wrap which was sent to me, i love this color and this wrap, its so chic, so cute, so stylish!!

Heres my results without the curl added...im almost to my goal BSL...MBL in Dec here i come!!

2 Large Bantus

Im loving Bantu Knots, i mean its so simple to do, low manipulation, and you could easily turn this into a protective style, by hiding those ends. I just took 2 sections, parted with my finger (cant you tell lol) and secured it with a bobby pin, speaking of bobby pins-i need some more.

top section of hair

bottom section of hair

*i moisturized and sealed hair prior to the knots and tied it with my scarf*

this morning after finger combing it...love the waves!

just shows you what you could do to your hair without rollers or heat..=) you could still look beautiful!

Sheena*Marie*Beauty Review

Hey Beauties!! Sheena Marie Beauty sent me over some products to review and share with you ladies. In the picture above, is one of the really beautiful colors of the "Bubble Gum Stacker" she sent me..in blue. The colors are so pretty, i like the name, Bubble Gum Stacker =) She really has a cute site, from fashion jewelry, makeup, makeup brushes, even stuff for your puppy and children!! OMG ladies, check out her Hello Kitty Necklace for little girls...please, ill ROCK THAT! lol =P

This is a really cute set, i really love the necklace, its heavy too, really good quality. The earrings are cool. You can dress this necklace up or down, very cute, i wish it opened =)

She also sent me some brushes..i couldnt believe how good these brushes were, and i love how she has her name on it. These brushes are really soft and dense at the same time. I like it alot.

The bubble gum stacker, my favorite!! i love all the pretty colors, i see many many looks coming soon with this, more pics to follow. So far i only used the blue under my eye, too cute. I like the stacker because you could throw this in your purse and go!

Multi-task brush, great for on the go! These brushes are faux brushes and are 100% synthetic

Heres the swatches of the shadows..aren't the beautiful?!? Very Pigmented too! I love the yellow, pink, green...i love all of them lol.

These shadows are FDA approved mineral shadows, great for beginners and or mua's.

Born*Pretty*Store...if you LOVE NAILS

Hey Beauties! So i have a great website to share with you. If you are into nail art and nail polish products, this site is for YOU! The prices are really really LOW, you can find alot of products under 5 bucks. The products are coming from Hong Kong, so you get a discount with that, shipping may take a little longer then if it was coming from the States, but honestly i didnt have a long time waiting for my products to arrive. Took about 2 weeks, which isnt bad IMO. These products were sent to me by PR of Born Pretty Store and i was able to choose what i like to review.

I really like this nail art, it came with 12 different colors and shapes, from stars to hearts. I will be using these really soon, like on my toes for the spring and summer. These were really cheap, all this for about 5 bucks. Not Bad!

I think i want to try out the yellow first...you know i love yellow =)

These Rhinestones were too cute to pass up, you really get alot too. The colors i love, you really get a good variety of Pretty Colors! This was about 3 bucks...can you believe that?

This is my FAVORITE! Esp since i havent been been able to find the Cracking Polishes =( But now i have IT!!! haha..lol. The color is in black, and i cant waaaait to wear it. This was around $4.50 ...yea really cheap compare to the others on the market.

I also chose the nail foils, i dont like this pattern though at all,not my style so i will be giving this away. But they have other really pretty styles, and its under 5 bucks as well.

I also chose these nail sticks, whats the name of these things lol? But i cant find these on the site now, but i think they were under 2/3bucks.

Now look at this ladies, anytime you purchase something and write a REVIEW on their site and you could earn POINTS (.2) and you can use the points to BUY OTHER PRODUCTS. So basically you are getting PAID to SHOP!!! I like this idea alot... SHOP NOW

I will be doing separate reviews/blog post on each item once i use them to show you Beauties. In the mean time feel free to check out their SITE HERE and they have FREE SHIPPING!=)

Coconut Oil For Hair

Im new to Coconut Oil but O-M-G i LOOOVE IT, and its now in my staples for my regimen. I used it for an oil rinse, and the results were so amazing. It left my hair super soft and the shine was great! I did a YouTube video on this already in case you missed it. I have even started to seal my hair with this at night....i love the smell...

I have even started using it in my children's hair, both my son and daughter has natural soft curly hair and i find this helping with their curls. It brings their curls alive and gives them a very very nice shine. I found other products making their hair appear dull, so im happy to have found a natural oil to use. This oil is amazing! You must try it.

Recent research shows that coconut oil has the ability to penetrate the hair shaft and reduce protein loss as compared to other oils such as sunflower oils or mineral oils
