MAC Neutral Eyes

Hey Beauties, this look was from last week. Its a super easy and neutral look. The colors i used for my eyes, were from MAC (haul coming soon) in espresso (outer corners and blended inwards) and wood winked (on lid & bottom lash line). I used ELF liquid black liner on top lash line and Bare Minerals Black liner on bottom followed by setting it with Lucifer Eye Shadow by Kat Von D. On my lips is MAC CreamCup and Bountiful lipglass.

Beauty Tip:: How to Save that NOT so Pretty Shade of Lipstick?

Have you every brought a shade of lipstick from the store or online, and it looked pretty in the tube but once you got home and tried it on...you were like, WTH!!??!! lol

Well I'm sure you have just like myself. I have done that so many times, even just recently. I ordered some MAC lippies, first did my "research" online on YouTube and thought i would be "Safe" but ummmm...no!! So i ordered the Vegas Volt, i feel in love with this color...once i got it home and actually tried it on my lips (yesterday)...my heart was tore in pieces lol. I HATED IT!!! Its just way to BRIGHT for my lips, my face, my everything...it makes me look like a CLOWN!

So...what did I do? Like the past mistakes lol! I apply my lip gloss first and then i apply just a very little of the Lipstick of Horror lol, and it makes my gloss pop with a nice little tint! Tones the color down BIG TIME! And leaves me happy and not feeling like i have wasted my money =/

New Hair & New Lip

Hey Beauties! So in these pics, I'm rocking my new MAC Creme Cup lippie with the MAC Bountiful Gloss over it. I'm loving it, i think its so cute...The texture of this lipstick glides on so smooth..i love it. Ill post more pics of the new lippies once i wear them.

Also I'm rocking a new doo...its a Lace wig actually, Isis Sabrina. Its a curly wig, i love texture wigs, its more realistic IMO. Also with this brand, i notice the wigs aren't shiny like most..that's a must. I decided to rock my lace because I'm 8weeks post relaxer and my New Growth is KICKING in now...so I'm using this style to protect my hair 100%...i still do my daily routine with my hair Reggie. I may rock some half wigs during this period...but right now,i want my hair to be covered to the fullest. I'm going to relax at the end of March/Beg' of April...i hope to be on my way to BSL...But I'm not expecting to reach that goal until June...*crossing fingers*

2 New Mac Lipsticks

Hey Beauties!

So i just had to have these MAC Lippies, Vegas Volt and Creme Cup...omg these colors are amazing! After seeing them on YouTube, i just had to add it to my MAC Collection... i swear im done, well for now on the MAC lippies...lol. I really want the MAC  woodwinked, ricepaper, and expresso to add to my eyeshadow collection...thanks to ulovemegz lol! Hmmm...maybe ill get it sooner than later, because it looked so pretty when she had it on...SMH, Damn YouTube!!!

Happy Friday Beauties!!

On another note, we had a BIG BLIZZARD here in Indiana, the biggest since 1967, i wasnt even born yet lol, my mother said she remember this storm lol..look at the pics below, the snow was so high..thank God my family and friends were all safe. It was so bad, police were giving out $500 fines for ANYONE out on the roads...

The snow is all the way up to the bottom window..crazy.

MAC & NARS...

Hey Beauties!!!

So I ordered some stuff online, and i wanted to share it with you ladies...

I ordered the MAC Blush in Blunt $18.50

This is really good for contouring...i will be using this to contour my nose..yup, i have a wiiiiide nose lol!! You can use this as an eyeshadow too...be creative ladies.

I also picked up the NARS highlighting blush in Albatross. Now let me start off by saying WHY i purchased this. I have seen so many reviews on YouTube (man...youtube and its reviews, this is why my shopping problem hasn't stopped...it has gotten worse actually lol) and ladies saying how much they loved it, and it looked pretty on them as well. Now when i opened my package, my 1st thought was, why in the world did i order this little tiny thing of blush for $26.00...i felted dumb...buuuuut...i tried it on, and yes, im in love with it!!! Hey they say good things come in small packages right-LOL

You can also use this highlight on your eyes, under your brow bone, middle of your nose, list goes on...

And last but not least, i got the MAC Studio tech $29.50...the reason i purchased this was because its suppose to be Great for Sensitive Skin!!! It also provides a range of coverage, and its a cream based foundation...im anxious to try this out (review soon) annnnnd its Dermatologist tested...We shall see!

MAC:: Pro LongWear spf 10 Foundation

Hey Beauties!!! So i picked up the Mac Pro LongWear foundation a few weeks back and i must say i love it...gosh, MAC is a problem...all i think about are MAC products lol. I love this foundation, it gives good coverage, nice and even look without looking to heavy. But i must say i love my Satin Finish foundation by MAC 100% better...but the pro long last such a long time. I wish they would combine the two...if they did that, boy would i buy it all. But this foundation is great when you are going to an event and need something to last without reapplying. (Ill be wearing this foundation to the concert, being i need something to last some hours) but i wouldnt wear this on an everyday or just running to the store or whatever. I use about a pump and a half and i use my MAC 188 brush to apply it...this brush is so freaking amazing it really helps even more in giving such a flawless look...im thinking about getting the MAC 187....Do you have it? Details please =-)

But you can use whatever else brush you like, i know my mom uses her fingers for her pro longwear, but she is picking up the 188 after seeing my result. But i must say, her look was still good, not heavy-- but natural and beautiful.

M.A.C Satin Finish Foundation

Hey Beauties!! So i finally tried out my MAC liquid foundation, i brought this awhile ago and just now trying it out...results...i LOVE it! It really does give you a really flawless look! I used my MAC 188 brush to apply it on my face, loooove this brush! I will be buying more MAC brushes soon, i want the 131, 134, and the 194 brushes...hmmm maybe ill just ask for these brushes for xmas....=))))

Details:: a fluid foundation that blends the natural light- reflecting properties of micro minerals with a smooth satin finish . Provides a low to medium buildable coverage with a slightly luminous look. Contains antioxidants, vitamins C & E. Provides SPF 15. Cost $29.50
