Part 2:: Hair Benefits of Vitamin E

So I know alot of you are wondering what are the benefits of Vitamin E for your hair..I know i am...lets read on...
Only recently has vitamin E as an oil or supplement come into focus as truly beneficial. So from my previous post you have learned the beauty benefits of this vitamin for your skin, so it might make sense that there are many benefits to the hair from vitamin E as well. By now, you probably already know that your scalp needs to have proper circulation in order to keep the hair follicle alive and thriving. (I need to start doing this) While this helps with circulation to your scalp, this is only a temporary fix. But when done daily, it can help your hair grow =-) but only if continued.
Vitamin E for hair growth is beneficial because vitamin E has the effect of a scalp massage all the time!!!!! Yea you are deff reading this right...lol. It contains antioxidants that help to keep the immune system up and improves circulation to all parts of the body, including your scalp. So think about this, if you are still doing your scalp massages and taking vitamin E, you will have much more effective hair growth.
Its best to take this vitamin as a supplement...
:::IMPORTANT::: its important to know before you start taking vitamin E, however, that is does increase the amount of oxygen that gets to the body and that can cause the blood to thin, as well as clotting problems, when too much vitamin E is taken. When taking vitamin E, it is best to start off slowly, to ensure that there are no adverse affects from the vitamin, before slowly increasing the dose.
It is recommended that, if you are going to take a vitamin E supplement, you should start out at around 400IU daily. This is consider a healthy dosage. Always consult a DR before taking any kind supplement and if you are under 18 please consult with your parents and your DR.
Hope you found this post helpful =-)

Black Tea Rinse
Hey Beauties!!!
So I have heard so much on the black tea rinse that I had to try it out. This is suppose to actually STOP your shedding... Egh hate shedding! This caught my eye... But it's also suppose to STIMULATE hair GROWTH... Um seriously ok you got my attention lol and help Your locks get STRONGER!!! This is what we all want right.. I know I do.
So I got my black tea from walmart under $3.00

The bags are small, so I'm using 5 per rinse

Now beware: I heard this tea tends to darken your hair.
So I used it yesterday after I washed my hair. I let it sit for 30 mins with a cap then placed conditioner over my tea rinse for 1.5 hours and rinsed...
Results: my hair felt stronger...I will post my update in a few days to see if it stops my shedding *crosses fingers*
Time to slap on my protective style: halfwigging it out lol
Oh yea. I let the tea sit for 6 hours so it could be strong.
Later Beauties!
Stay Blessed!
