Raymond vs Raymond Review

Wow, I'm so proud of Usher right now!! His cd has blown me away... He is back and what I mean by that.. You can FEEL the emotion that he put into it. You can feel the pain and you can feel the love! I love this cd! I went and picked it up today at target.

Hearing his voice, his music, it's truely art, don't you love how music soothes you? Especially when you're down and hurt... It just somehow lifts you up.

Red Robin Outting

Hello Beauties!!! Hope your Monday was good.. I had to go do some spring shopping for my babies today. I'm so ready for some 70 degree weather.. I went to red robin today with my Hubby after seeing the movie Green Zone is it, I hope I got the name right lol. My burger was so good, and of course I had to have my pina colada... Carols Daughter Review

So today i used the carols daughter line, first up, the black vanilla shampoo. It smelled good, not to strong of a smell like i thought it would be but it was cool. I loved the texture, it looked like honey...mmm...wanted to eat it lol, jk. What i didnt like about this was it seemed forever before i felt my hair was clean...took me 3xs to finally feel a slip. Not Good. Will i use this again, No

Next up, the Black Vanilla Hair Smoothie, the smell...horrible lol, i didnt like it, i cant explain it but it just didnt smell right lol. It made my hair feel...hmmm... lets just say i had better. I like Garnier & Aussie alot better. Will i use again, no.

Hair Milk, i love the smell...omg smells like lemon...so good, so refreshing. I love this, its very light weight, a little goes along way. You dont need alot, just a dime size. Its creamy and it do look like milk, will i use this again, Yes!

Mimosa Hair Honey, mmmm..smells like heaven. Again this is an oil, so im using this to seal my ends after the hair milk. You dont need a lot just a little. The texture melts, nice and smooth. Will i use again, Yep!

Over all, this is just my opinion from my experience. Everyones hair is different. These products were giving to me by my mother-in-law.

This movie really captures the love between a mother and child...it really is indescribable. I have to babies, 2yrs old and 7 months old, and i can not explain the love i have for my children. Its beautiful to see all kind of babies or all nationalities... just seeing a baby and watching them grow, its a gift, its a blessing...its life...

Sexy RED Lips

So i went to walgreens last nite for a few things we needed, and i stopped by the makeup section. I have been wanting to try some red lipstick for the longest..just never stepped up to it lol..i dont wear lipstick, just glosses. So i didnt wanna spend nothing high for something i may not like or whatever, so i got the wet and wild red for only 2bucks. I gotta say i like it, not really to wear out tho, but when i wanna look sexy and spicy for my hubby lol, so with that being i will be trying better brands of the red shades. The wet and wild is pretty, but it smears fast and is rather dry looking, i want something of a better quality and with some sheen. I may even try some other colors of lipsticks.... =-)

Drinks with my Husband...

So tonight me and my husband managed to get out for some drinks. Do you see how big the Margaritas are.....and NO, we didnt finish either one lol. I had a nice time out with my hubby...i love him more than anything.. he is a great man!!! muah. I was being funny with both drinks..but it did taste good mixed =-)

Hair Fun...

Nowadays Hair weaves, Half-wigs, lacefronts, and sew-ins are a must. Its like having the perfect purse to match your outfit. I remember when it wasnt...time has sure changed. Who isnt wearing a weave. And you now see weave being worn by all races. I think its beautiful...its part of what makes being a girl fun, we can change up our look. I love it. I wear anything from sewins to half wigs...I have thick, long, healthy hair, but i love my weaves and im not ASHAMED to admit, I WEAR WEAVES BABY..if ya dont like it...oh well lol, i love em!!! And to be honest i think my hair, well wait, i know my hair is healthy because of it..its my protective style.

The key to wearing any type of weaves is that you must have the confidence to wear them...you just have to. You cant worry about what other people are thinking..if you like it...show it off with a smile. Its your hair, your style, your money..and its all you!!


I love my half wigs so much, i have so many, so many different styles, my "classy", my "sexy"..lol everything...i have clip in tracks in my closet, drawstring ponies..lol, haha you name it, i prob got it. Now i just wanna try some lacefront wigs...i will soon tho =-)

so ladies...i say rock your sexy, change up your style, and rock it with confidence baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Healthy Hair Journey...

so i been on my healthy hair journey since dec of 2008, so 15 months in the making. Its been a long road but i have been enjoying my journey. I had stumbled on traycees hairsite, k-i-s-s.biz...if you are not a member and you are ready for some healthy hair..join her site, there are alot of GOOD tips on there, and traycee herself her hair is crazy BEAUTIFUL AND LONG, she has a blog as well, keepitsimplesista.blogspot

My hair has been through alot over the years, i didnt know how i was suppose to take care of my hair, what my texture needed. My mom did her best, but she has a complete different texture then me, shes puertorican with curly fine hair, mines is course so to say and very THICK. I been to alot of stylist who was so happy to cut cut cut, and i didnt know about moisture and protein until i read traycees blog. Im so thankful for her and her blog, her sharing with women how to care for their own hair to make it healthy and long..because many of us, like myself didnt think it was possible to have "long hair"... and my hair is still growing...my goal is for the end of the year, my 2yr hair anniversary, for bsl!!!! i think, no wait, i KNOW i can make that..

Rihanna...Rude Boy?

Soooo....where do i start lol. Well in my PERSONAL OPINION when i first heard this song i was thrown off...big time! It was a little out there.. i mean i cant be the only person thinking this..rite, am i? "come here rude boy, boy, can you get it up?" oooh wow lol ... "imma let you be the rider, giddy up, giddy up, giddy up babe" and "is you big enough"... XRATED HERE...

Now dont get me wrong, i like rihanna, i think she has a great and unique voice, i love all her songs..and even this one, as you can see i have her song in my player to the right..did you hear it? lol. But i was really thrown back like WTH are you doing Rihanna.. i think you are better than this. But it is music, she is an artist, and she is a grown woman... So even thought i had my thoughts on this. I will deff continue to support her music..Keep it up Rihanna =-)

Because no matter how hard you try, its never going to be "Good Enough". It will always, always, not be enough. So i say, forget trying to please everyone, and please yourself. Some make think this is selfish..so be it.

Friday Night

So Friday night i went out with the ladies to Pepes for drinks. We had a pretty nice time, its been such a long time i been out for drinks lol, after having two babies within a 2year period..your going out life is put on hold. Not that i mind either, because i rather be home with my family then anything, but sometimes, you just need that time out with your friends. Anywhoo.. pepes had a mix crowd, nice music, i had two drinks, a long island..sorry no pics, and a shot of patron. then we headed to sheffields afterwards...wow, this place was so boring lol, and there was a fight there...um needless to say we cut that short and we went home. But overall it was nice just having ladies night. =-)

sorry for the quality of the pictures...these are all from my iphone until i get me an updated camara lol.. iphones, you would think it would be better quality and with a darn flash built in it...oh well. lol

Usher Still Got It?

well of course he do...i love usher and love his music. Now his last album, i purchased, but i wasnt satisfied at all..i didnt like but one song. His album before that...Confessions...that has to be the best album ever lol...dont i just sound like his fan. I hope his next cd will be better...im sure it will be!!! Cant wait for his concert..i will right there, front roll...just pull me on the stage usher lmbo =-)

Resale Shoppe

So today i went to this new resale shop, its called "second life resale shoppe", this is its second week of opening. when i walked in, i was pleased to see how clean and open everything was. I saw alot of new items..by multiples. So i asked the lady where were they getting their new merchandise...she stated from a store that got hit by a tornado last year.."Dots" they had sum good stuff, from shoes to purses to jewelry, etc and they did have some used items as well. i was able to get what you see in the picture for about $25bucks (brand new) ...not bad not bad.. lol

What Holds You Back...You?

Have you ever asked yourself this question..what holds me back? Sometimes we hold ourselves back...but we are so blinded, we dont see it, we dont want to see it...its easier to blame everyone else. Is it just being human? I know on a personal note, i held myself back from many things..many things that actually caused me pain and hurt, but we dont see it if we dont want too, and if we are blind..it may be awhile for us to realize it..and by then it maybe to late...

so whatever it is in your life thats holding you back from your happiness...let it go..it might be hard, but if you dont..its just going to get worse and not better.

L'oreal Lash boosting Serum REVIEW

so ladies...if you have not tried this...TRY IT!! I love this product but i do think the price is high...but it is worth it esp if you want your lashes, your natural lashes, to look longer and thicker...this works..and if you look at it like this, if your wearing false lashes..it adds up...but with this your money is spent better imo....and you dont have to worry about your lashes falling off lol. i have some before pics and some after pics after four weeks...i loved my results and my lashes also fell out less...you know what im talking about, you have your mascara on and rub your eyes and you see little lashes rubbing off lol..this actually seem to make your lashes stronger...even after you stop using it.
